A routine stop on I-44 in Tulsa ends with a man in the hospital. It happened around 1:45 AM Wednesday.

A Oklahoma Highway Patrol trooper stopped a driver and while talking to him, the man swallowed some drugs and ran off. He was captured and taken to the hospital.

At the same time, a woman in the car ran off as well. She wound up coming back and driving off in the car and hasn't been seen since.
