Tulsa Police responded to an alarm at Wings and Things hobby store on South Peoria about 3 AM Monday morning.

While on the way to the scene, an officer saw a man pushing a shopping cart filled with remote control cars through a nearby parking lot.

When approached, the man ran off, but was arrested a short time later.
