A number of people turned out for a candlelight vigil Monday night to reflect on child abuse and neglect in the state of Oklahoma.
The vigil called "Light the Way" was held in Norman. It was designed to present statistics and solutions. In 2003, 27 Oklahoma children died as a result of abuse or neglect. 20 of them were under the age of 2.
First Lady Kim Henry also participated in the vigil.
