OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- When the body of Sheila Ann Deviney was found burned to death in her mobile home in Maysville, state fire marshal investigators ruled her death an accident.

One year later, Deviney's friends and family are convinced she was murdered and that unraveling the mystery of a mysterious car might lead to an explanation.

Deviney, a 30-year-old mother of two, died on January 6th, 2004. Days before, friends say she had wondered aloud about a white car that seemed to be following her whenever she drove her children to school.

Deviney's death was originally ruled an accident. But Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation technicians found traces of ignitable fluid on cloth and carpet samples near her body.

The cause of death was ruled a homicide. OSBI is offering a reward.
