JAY, Okla. (AP) -- Prosecutors have determined that two Delaware County sheriff's deputies were justified in their use of force last week when they shot a 21-year-old man.
Undersheriff Dale Eberle says Jason Glass was hospitalized following the shooting, which occurred after he pointed a rifle at one of the deputies.
Deputies discovered a methamphetamine lab in Glass' home along with several firearms.
Delaware County District Attorney Eddie Wyant reviewed the information surrounding the incident and conferred with the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigations, which had also been called in to investigate.
