A new survey shows Tulsa is one of the most affordable places to live in the United States. That's according to the National Association of Home Builders.

Lima, Ohio tops the list followed by Saginaw-Bay, Michigan, Lansing, Michigan, Canton, Ohio and Youngstown, Ohio. Tulsa comes in 14th. Oklahoma City ranks 24th.

On the opposite side of things is California.

It has the top 5 least affordable places to live, Including Santa Barbara, San Diego, Salinas, Los Angeles, and Orange County.
