Tulsa Police investigate fatal shooting

Tulsa Police are looking for suspects in a fatal shooting, which they believe started over a parking space.

About 11:30 PM Wednesday, an officer heard a gunshot near 2nd and Gillette. A witness told the officer a man was shot during a scuffle involving parking at the apartment complex.

30 year old Roland "Toby" Miles was later pronounced dead at a hospital.

Two guns were also found, but no one has been arrested.

Miles had been a "person of interest" in a 2004 homicide in Okmulgee of Juan Smith of Tulsa.
