A Tulsa man could be in court later this week, after his arrest for arson.

Officers took Walter Kostich into custody at his home Wednesday night. Charges against Kostich are expected to be filed Thursday.

He's accused of setting fire to a home in the 7300 block of South Trenton early Wednesday morning.

Four people were inside the home, including one child. One man was taken to the hospital with smoke inhalation. The other three made it out safely.
