McALESTER, Okla. (AP) -- Two state prison inmates suffered minor wounds in a knife fight at the Oklahoma State Penitentiary.

The names of the two haven't been released while the investigation continues.

Prison spokeswoman Lee Mann says the fight occurred in an exercise yard and involved eight inmates. Mann says the two injured inmates suffered puncture wounds and one has a cut to his face.

She says one weapon, a four-inch long piece of metal, was found in the yard after the fight.
