There are new developments in the case of the car that ended up in the Arkansas River in Tulsa with a mother and her baby inside.

After four days submerged in the water, Tulsa Police had Storey Wrecker pull the car out Monday.

US Air Force Airman Joshua Johnson was proposing to his girlfriend on the Pedestrian Bridge when the accident happened Thursday.

Johnson dove into the freezing cold water and rescued both the mother and her 2-year old son.
