A former Oklahoma insurance agent is sentenced to 160 consecutive years in prison for swindling investors out of more than $8-million.
55 year-old Bill Hickman Senior of Shawnee pleaded guilty to 16 counts of fraud Wednesday. Prosecutors say Hickman used part of the money to fund a lavish lifestyle of boats, cars and travel for Hickman and his family.
Some of the victims were retirees who lost their entire life savings. Hickman was been ordered to pay restitution.
