The Tulsa City Council has reappointed two city Utility Board members. But it didn't come without opposition.
Jim Cameron and Louis Reynolds kept their jobs by a narrow five to four vote. City councilors Jim Mautino, Jack Henderson, Chris Medlock, and Roscoe Turner all voted "No."
Mautino made a presentation on his reasons for opposing the reappointments because of controversy over city water lines and development in east Tulsa. He told the other council members he believes the board needs new blood.
