Investigators are looking into a Thursday night apartment fire.

It happened around 10:30 PM inside a unit at the Eagle Point Apartments on East 71st Street. One man was sent to a local hospital for smoke inhalation and burns.

No one else was hurt and no other apartments damaged.

The cause is under investigation.
