Tulsa Police are investigating the abduction of an 8 year old girl. It happened Monday morning as the girl was on her way to Marshall Elementary School.

The child was walking to school when a man pretending to have a lost dog pulled her into his truck near 65th and Peoria. The girl says she was driven around for about an hour but then the man released her unharmed.

Victim's mother: "He let her out at the end of the street. Told her to get out of his truck quick before anybody could see her and told her again that he knew where she lived and she couldn't tell that he would kill her."

The suspect is described as a white male, bald, heavyset and in his mid-40's. He has long, gray sideburns and a beard. He was wearing a baseball cap and driving a green pickup truck.
