Tulsa Police arrested an 11-year old girl's stepfather Monday after finding out the girl is pregnant.

Records show the girl was taken to the hospital Monday morning for headaches and stomach pain.

The hospital did tests and discovered the girl was pregnant. She pointed the finger at her stepfather, 30 year old Faustino Correra-Figafoa and police arrested him in the emergency room on a complaint of first-degree rape.
