Statewide fatality count now 61 above 2003

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ The number of people killed in traffic crashes in Oklahoma is now 61 above the number at this time last year.
The state Department of Public Safety says 692 people have died on the state's roads in 2004, up from 631 at this time in 2003.
The DPS says five people have been killed in traffic accidents so far in December, down from eight at this time in December last year.
