Tulsa Police are investigating a car found in the Arkansas River Friday morning. About 8:30 AM, Tulsa firefighers discovered a blue Camry submerged up to its roof near 21st and Riverside.
Police ran the plates and found out it was stolen. No one was found inside the vehicle.
Investigators say because of frost on the roof, it looks like the car was in the water overnight.
