NORMAN, Okla. (AP) _ The preliminary hearing for a man accused of killing a University of Oklahoma ballerina has been re-set for February.
Cleveland County Special District Judge Rod Ring yesterday scheduled Anthony Castillo Sanchez's hearing for February 23rd and 24th.
Sanchez is charged with first-degree murder, rape, forcible sodomy and kidnapping in the December 20th, 1996, death of Jewell ``Juli'' Busken.
Prosecutors allege Sanchez abducted Busken from the parking lot of her apartment complex in Norman, raped and killed her. Busken was found at Lake Stanley Draper in southeast Oklahoma City.
Sanchez was serving time in prison on an unrelated matter when prosecutors say DNA testing linked him to the ballerina's death.
