SALLISAW, Okla. (AP) _ Eastbound lanes of the Interstate 40 bridge over the Arkansas River have reopened following a deadly accident.

The bridge reopened just before 1:30 Saturday morning after being closed for more than ten-and-a-half hours.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says the crash occurred about 2:40 Friday afternoon when a tractor-trailer hit a stalled car in the outside lane on the bridge.

Both vehicles caught fire and the driver of the car was dead at the scene. The victim's name hasn't been released.

Troopers say at least one other semi and two other cars were involved in the accident.
