A Delaware County man is in jail accused of getting an 11-year-old girl pregnant.

A police report says 32-year-old Tommy Isbell told investigators he had consensual sex with the child since she was nine years old and that he might be the father of her unborn child.

Isbell has been arraigned on four counts of first-degree rape and 12 counts of forcible sodomy.

His bail is set at $1-million.
