New developments in this week's fatal Tulsa Police shooting. Tulsa County District Attorney Tim Harris cleared Officer Charles Hardaway late Friday afternoon of any wrongdoing in the shooting death of Darrel Shaw three days ago.

Hardaway saw Shaw stabbing Pam Hobby on the 11th Street Bridge. When Shaw refused to drop the knife, officer Hardaway fired one shot, killing Shaw.

The DA says the death was justifiable homicide.
