Thousands of Tulsa area students voted and Friday they donated 2,004 Doubletree Hotel cookies to Oklahoma solidiers in Iraq.

It was all part of the Great Community Cookie Election. Kids ages 6 to 11, learned how the voting process works by voting to donate cookies from the Doubletree Hotel to their favorite service group.

65 fourth graders from Tulsa's Francis Scott Key Elementary presented the Oklahoma National Guard with the cookies Friday.
