OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- An Enid company is voluntarily recalling more than 31,000 pounds of beef pattie fritter products because two ingredients that may cause an allergic reaction weren't declared.

The US Department of Agriculture announced today that Advance Food Company is recalling 31,390 pounds of the products because the buttermilk and whey they contain could cause a reaction for people who are sensitive to milk.

The products subject to recall are 10.5 pound cases packaged as "ADVANCE FOOD COMPANY, BEEF PATTIE FRITTER, C-N 1-61, 40 Pieces.

The products were distributed to schools in Texas, primarily in the northeastern part of the state.

Officials says there haven't been reports of allergic reactions associated with consumption of the product.
