Tulsa Police are creating special patrols and adding officers to the streets to try to stop to a string of armed robberies.

The latest happened yesterday at a Subway at 738 West 23rd. Police say the man pointed a gun at an employee and customer, and then demanded cash from the register. The robber forced them to the floor behind the counter, then left.

Detectives believe this man has robbed other Subway restaurants and some Blockbuster video stores.
