A former Oklahoma Congressman is expected in court today. A pre-trial hearing gets underway for Wes Watkins in Stillwater.

Heâ€™s charged with a misdemeanor count of negligent homicide. Watkins was driving a van when he hit a car from behind, pushing it into oncoming traffic. Two people were killed.

The victims' children survived, and are in the custody of their grandparents. Attorneys have come up with a financial settlement to take care of the girls.
