PITTSBURGH (AP) _ Pittsburgh Steelers running back Duce Staley missed practice for the third straight day Friday with a sore hamstring and remains questionable for Sunday's game in Cleveland.

Staley was coming off four 100-yard games in a five-game span before missing last Sunday's 27-3 victory over Philadelphia with the same injury. Jerome Bettis replaced Staley and ran for 149 yards on 33 carries _ his most productive game in three seasons.

Verron Haynes, who often replaces Staley on third downs, was held out again Friday with a turf toe. Haynes is listed as doubtful. Rookie free agent Willie Parker is expected to step in if Haynes can't play.

Fullback Dan Kreider remains questionable with a hip flexor injury, but practiced Friday for the first time this week.
