OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ Police have identified a man killed by a gunshot in a domestic argument.
24-year-old Roy Butler was shot in the chest at about 9:30 Wednesday night.
Spencer Police Chief David Webb says 48-year-old Raymond Goldsby of Spencer was arrested after the shooting.
He's being held in Oklahoma County jail on complaints of possessing a firearm while under the influence of alcohol and possessing a firearm after a felony conviction. Bail has been set at 6-thousand dollars.
Webb says Goldsby is the boyfriend of Butler's aunt.
Webb says Butler was shot after he and another man went to Goldsby's home to ``to settle the score'' over an earlier argument between Goldsby and Butler's aunt.
The other man was not hurt and was taken in for questioning.
