The News on 6 obtained a copy Wednesday of the 11-count federal indictment against Latimer County Sheriff Melvin Holly.

It accuses him of abusing his power as sheriff to have sex with female jail inmates and sexually harassing employees. The indictment says Sheriff Holly had sexual intercourse with five inmates and sexual contact with another inmate in the past year.

It says he also had sexual contact with the 16 year old daughter of a jail employee and reached under the skirt of another employee. The indictment says Sheriff Holly told one inmate she'd "end up floating face down in a river" if she told anyone.

Holly has not gone to trial yet.
