New developments in the case of a 6 year-old boy that died after a routine dental procedure in Muskogee.
Zach Fry died in January from a lethal dose of methadone. The Oklahoma Board of Pharmacy has ruled the drug did not come from Kirk's Drugs in Muskogee. In addition, the dental board has cleared Dr. Edward Tarr of any wrongdoing.
The News on 6 has spoken with family members of both the pharmacist and the dentist. They say they're relieved the cloud of suspicion is lifted, but they want to know who poisoned Zach Fry.
