An investigation is underway into the death of a 4-month-old Oklahoma City boy at an in-house daycare.

Police were called to an Oklahoma City home after a report of an injured child. The daycare operator told officers Conner Tennant was left in a bassinet which collapsed.

The boy died before he arrived at the hospital.

Oklahoma City Police are treating the matter as a suspicious death.
