Are authorities are still looking for the husband of a woman who was murdered in Sand Springs.

Robert Bettis' car was found blocking a lake road last Thursday. His jacket was floating in a nearby lake. When police went to his home to investigate, they found his wife Sylvia decapitated.

Search boats have spent several days dragging the bottom of Shell Creek Lake for 70 year old Robert Bettis.

This weekend crews started a ground search. Police have pulled out all the stops in this search, using helicopters and cadaver dogs. Crews even lowered a boat, 80-feet into water on the other side of the dam, looking for answers.

Police still haven't found any *new* clues. Between 20 and 25 people were involved in the search, but investigators will scale back that number this week.

Sand Springs Police say Bettis, a retired minister, is listed as a missing person. But he's still considered a person of interest in the death of his wife of 50-years.
