Hundreds of folks are celebrating the life of Oklahoma's favorite son.

4th graders from Oologah-Talala School District were part of a program at the Will Rogers birthplace in Oologah.

It's part of the 125th Birthday celebration of Will Rogers. Rogers was born on November 4th in 1879.

Various events were held Thursday in Oologah and Claremore.
