An Osage County lake has sold Monday night, for a little more than half of what it was appraised for.

An Oklahoma City woman bid $276,000 for Bar-Dew Lake last month. The lake is co-owned by the cities of Bartlesville and Dewey.

Monday, the Bartlesville and Dewey city councils both voted to accept that bid. The lake was appraised at $400,000.

The woman says she plans to revitalize and conserve the lake and possibly build a house there one day.
