A union representing Boeing workers in Wichita, Kansas says Boeing may announce the buyer of its plant sometime around Thanksgiving.

Boeing announced earlier this year it's considering selling its operations in Wichita, Tulsa and McAlester. Combined the plants have 8,400 employees.

About 1,000 of them work in Tulsa and about 180 in McAlester.
