OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- A 61-year-old Oklahoma City man is dead after getting into a scuffle with another customer at a southwest Oklahoma City Wal-Mart.

Police say Inacio Garcia collapsed after getting into an altercation with another man inside the store Monday. He died later at Integris Southwest Medical Center.

The state medical examiner will determine if the man died as a result of the fight or if he suffered from a medical problem.

The other man involved in the scuffle -- 49-year-old Richard King -- was arrested a short time later on a complaint of first-degree manslaughter.
