One of the nation's largest paper producers is breathing new life into an abandoned site in Muskogee.

Georgia Pacific announced it will buy the old Waterloo toolbox plant near its current home in Muskogee. Waterloo closed in June and the building has been empty until now.

Georgia Pacific had been sending finished goods to Fort Smith, but now would have a place store them on site.
