The brother of former Congressman JC Watts will have to wait a couple more weeks to learn his fate.

His sentencing has been postponed to November 5th. Lawrence Watts was convicted of manslaughter last month for the June 2003 shooting death of Anthony Greco. It happened at Watts' barbeque restaurant.

Prosecutors say Watts killed Greco during a dispute over money. Watts says he shot Greco because he was afraid of him.
