MIAMI, Okla. (AP) -- A former high school principal is avoiding jail after reaching a plea agreement on an indecent exposure charge in Miami.
Robert Blizzard of Fairland was given a 10-year suspended sentence after pleading no contest to the charge.
Blizzard resigned as principal of Diamond High School in Missouri after his arrest in December. He was stopped while driving on the Will Rogers Turnpike after a trucker notified police of a man driving and fondling himself.
Blizzard is a former assistant principal at Miami High School and was principal of Will Rogers Middle School in Miami.
