The investigation into the death of OU student Blake Hammontree has moved to a grand jury.
The 19-year-old fraternity pledge died of alcohol poisoning at the Sigma Chi house last month. Because some fraternity members were reportedly uncooperative, they were subpoenaed to appear before the multi-county grand jury Tuesday. A girlfriend of a member, as well as the house mother, also testified.
The District Attorney says it's too early to talk about charges.
A national Sigma Chi official says all members have been encouraged to cooperate with investigators.
