Tulsa fraud detectives are frustrated about Terry Wanyana.

They say she has been using a Tulsa teacher's identity for the past four years. Wanyana[pictured] is from Uganda and admitted when her Visa expired in 2000, she stole Tammie Lawson's identity.

The detectives wanted her deported, but were told that can't happen until she's convicted.

Wanyana is currently out on bond, awaiting trial.
