A Delaware County daycare owner accused of sexually abusing children in his care has reached a plea deal.

Boyd Luper[pictured left] has agreed to plead guilty to 18 charges of child abuse in exchange for 35 years in prison.

Luper and his wife, Evelyn, operated a day care center in Kansas, Oklahoma, until it was raided and shut down back in April.

Evelyn Luper[pictured right] goes on trial in January.
