SPIRO, Okla. (AP) -- Agents of the Federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms belive they have found all of the explosives that fell off a truck in eastern Oklahoma Friday morning.
ATF Agent Carlos Sandoval says a box of 20, one-pound "boosters" fell off the truck about 7 AM near the intersection of State Highways 9 and 59, in LeFlore County.
The boosters are used as a secondary charge to blasting caps when setting off high explosives.
