Court Hearing For Former Band Director

A former Hilldale High band director Brian Giacomo is expected in court Monday for his second preliminary hearing. Giacomo is headed to trial later this month on four counts of lewd molestation charges.

Last month, a Hilldale sophomore told the court about a sexual incident which happened at Giacomo's house. Monday's hearing involves a set of charges by a second teenage accuser.

Giacomo's attorney insists his client is innocent.
