Former Rogers County Commissioner Randy Baldridge will be sentenced in federal court Tuesday. Baldridge was convicted on eight counts including conspiracy, money laundering and fraud.

An FBI investigation found evidence that he and six others pocketed money meant for county projects.

The federal government is requesting the maximum sentence of 115 years and a $2.5 million fine.
