BARTLESVILLE, Okla. (AP) -- Police in Bartlesville say one man is dead and a second seriously injured following an incident at a local bar. Four other men are in custody. Interim Police Chief Tom Holland says officers responding to reports of a fight at the Hangar Lounge Tuesday night found 51-year-old Edward Landrum lying in the street and 32-year-old Michael Poteet lying in the parking lot of the bar.
Witnesses said Landrum was hit by a pickup truck and dragged into the street.
Landrum died while being taken to a Bartlesville hospital while Poteet is hospitalized with what are believed to be non-life threatening injuries.
Holland says officers later arrested 24-year-old Justin Duncan who was driving the truck believed involved in the incident and three other men.
