Police Need Help Solving Cold Murder Case

New information leads Tulsa police to a person of interest in a 16-year-old murder case. But, police say that's just the start. News On 6 crime reporter Lori Fullbright reports theyâ€™re hoping someone will come forward and help them put the pieces of this puzzle together and catch a crook.

Eighteen-year-old Robertina Hellman was murdered in Tulsa in 1991. Her body was found in her south Tulsa apartment. The manager of the Eagle Point Apartments told police Hellmanâ€™s door was open and he saw her head in a tub of water. The medical examiner ruled her death either drowning or strangulation.
