There has been a new charge filed in a Tulsa arson investigation. Eighteen year old Alexander Neyman now faces a federal arson charge.

Tulsa Police say Neyman confessed to setting fires at the Barcelona Apartments at 51st and Yale and 10 other fires surrounding the complex.

Alex Neyman faces four counts of first degree arson and one count of third degree arson in Tulsa County court.

Neyman's federal trial begins next month.
