An arrest is made in a fatal shooting in Tulsa over the weekend. Tulsa Police officers took 28 year old Armando Luna into custody shortly after 11 p.m. Sunday. Homicide detectives developed information leading them to Luna, who answered the door when they knocked. Luna was picked up at a home at 15th and Evanston.
Detectives got a warrant to search the home for evidence. Authorities believe Luna is responsible for shooting two men at Magoo's pool hall at 51st and Memorial early Sunday morning. Luna was booked into the Tulsa County jail on a complaint of first degree murder.
One man was killed. The other is hospitalized. The victim’s names have not been released.
