LUBBOCK, Texas (AP) -- Oklahoma State's Rebel Ridling went 3-for-5 with a game-high five RBIs as the Cowboys struck early and late in a 13-5 win over Texas Tech tonight in Lubbock.

In the top half of the first inning, Ridling gave the Cowboys (35-13, 14-8 Big 12) a 3-0 lead with a three-run homer. It was Ridling's eleventh home run of the season.

In the bottom half, Tech's Chris Richburg had a two-RBI single up the middle that made the score 3-2. James Leverton tied the game at 3-3 with another RBI single up the middle that scored Richburg.

Then, in the top of the ninth, the Cowboys got five runs to take a 13-5 lead and put the game away.

Robbie Weinhardt (2-2) picked up the win for Oklahoma State in relief.

Sophomore left hander Cory Large (2-1) got his first loss of the season for the Red Raiders (26-22, 7-14). Large gave up five runs on three hits in one inning of work.
