A traffic accident shuts down part of the Broken Arrow Expressway in Tulsa overnight. It happened around 1 a.m. Friday. Tulsa Police say a driver was westbound on the BA when the vehicle he was driving, ran into a guardrail in the outside lanes. The car bounced back and forth and the driver was thrown partially out of the passenger side window.

The victim, a 22-year-old man, was taken to St. John Medical Center in critical condition. His name has not been released.

And a three-car accident sends one woman to a Tulsa hospital overnight. Tulsa Police say a woman was traveling westbound on 15th Street when a man going south on Lewis ran a red light. The minivan he was driving hit the woman’s vehicle broadside.

The woman had to be extracted from her vehicle and taken to hospital. There is no word on her condition.
